Why attracting trolls is actually a good thing

Today a reader (actually more than one) disagreed with me after reading this article:

However, one of the readers (I won’t mention his name, you can find him by checking out the article’s comments) decided to also read another article and comment there as well:

I Wrote 49 Pages of My Novel Before Realizing My Big Mistake

Even as I am writing this he is spewing some more comments on the first article again, lol he is so triggered it is funny. For a guy with 6 followers, he sure acts like he has some clout!

But with all of these shenanigans aside, having a troll is a good thing. When the troll reads your post and comments it shows the system that your post is worth promoting. There is no difference between a read from a troll and a fan, you get paid either…
